Overcomers Global University (Ogu)

The distinctiveness of Overcomers Global University is that of its training in a wide breadth of disciplines from diaspora studies to studies in cultural diversities to Sociology, Anthropology, the study of global studies and religion.

OGU will provide training for future scholars and individuals, who desire to learn how to serve among the diverse ethnic, immigrant and international groups in their communities in culturally-applicable ways.

OGU is called to provide cutting-edge training that is biblically-based, multiculturally-focused, and missionally-driven with God’s Whole Counsel in the Christian tradition.

OGU Programs will lead to Undergraduate Certificate in Global Studies, Associate of Cultural diversities and Associate of God’s Kingdom-Now degrees, Bachelor of Cultural diversities and Bachelor of God’s Kingdom-Now, Master of Intercultural Studies and Master of God’s Kingdom-Now, and a Doctor of Global Studies and International Conflict Management Studies degree.

The God’s Kingdom-Now and Mission studies at OGU was a by-product of missiology, the study of the mission of God (ission dei) and the involvement of the people of God.  We desire to see every graduate become equipped to join God’s mission by crossing cultural and religious barriers to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
